BECOMING A FUSION LEADER

Being a Fusion leader?
Being a leader at Fusion is an incredible opportunity to serve God and connect with youth. It doesn't matter what your gift, we need you at Fusion. It's a place to both serve and grow spiritually. If you're interested in becoming a leader read through the steps to the right and the requirements below. We can't wait to join with you and change students lives.

What are the requirements of a leader
Attend Fusion service each week
Attend Central’s Sunday service
Attend Wednesday night prayer for at least 15 minutes between 5:30-6:30 pm
Commit for a minimum of one school year
At least a three day notice of absence from any service or event
Attend monthly meetings
Participate weekly at your assigned area of ministry
Uphold the Fusion Leadership Standards
Fill out weekly update form
Give 30 day notice of resignation from area of ministry

STEPS TO TAKE

The Steps to becoming a Fusion Leader
Pray and seek God’s will throughout entire process
Fill out general Fusion application
Attend Fusion for four weeks
Meet with Pastor Cheri
- Complete background check
- Sign Fusion covenant
- Ministry team placement
